About Me
My name is Emma Franklin, I am an academy student in the Visual arts and Media academy in my high school. I was born on July 25, 2008, which makes me 15 years old. This isn't my first time taking art class, I took the art options course when I was in grade 9, grade 8, and grade 7. My goal in life is to become a pharmaceutical chemist. I've always loved science, especially Biology and chemistry. It usually came easy to me and I enjoyed it more a than any other unit in science. The person I look up to most in terms of art is Andrew Salgado. I've actually met him before, as he is a family friend of mine. He sells art for a living and I personally think his work is beautiful. I also look up to both of my parents, who are hard working as well as great at getting the job done. Seeing how hard they work inspires me to work just as hard as they do. I joined the art academy because I wanted to further pursue my passion for art as well as expand my knowledge and abilities towards different medias. I know I most likely won't pursue art as a career choice, but I still enjoy and want to continue making art as long as possible.
